From the plants in the courtyard to the signs and mural made by our own tenants, The Village has always been a community where people are given space to thrive.
Founded in 1979, The Village was created by Stonatto Development Company, now 5150 Candlewood, LLC and has maintained the same ownership since day one. We aren’t a corporate void that raises your rent every month, we’re real people whose job it is to see you succeed.
The Village is a family legacy, fostered by Jeff, Jose, Carlos, Coleman, Lydia, Joslyn, Josie, Corriene, Robin, Daniel, Maggie, Lauren, Cory, and all 200 of the Stonatto Development construction crew who made this place real.

The Village welcomes a wide range of businesses, including beauty services, lawyers, medical practitioners, consulting firms, and more. However, we do not accept retail auto dealers, child care, animal care, nail artists, podcasts, music studios, film studios, or dance studios.
At The Village, we offer flexible month-to-month agreements for our commercial office spaces, allowing you to tailor your lease to your needs. With no minimum or maximum stay requirements, you have the freedom to adjust your office space or end your lease with ease. Offices can be vacated with a 30 day notice.
We offers both assigned tenant parking and unassigned parking in our garages underneath the building. Parking is free, at no extra charge to tenants or guests. Assigned parking is limited and may be requested (limit one per office), so long as tenant uses their office in a full time capacity of 30-40 hours per week.
The fixed monthly utility fee covers electricity, heating and air conditioning. We do not offer wifi or telephone services, and there is no running water inside of the offices.
Any open flames or smoking (ex: candles, incense, cigarettes, vaping), is strictly prohibited While you are able to express your own creativity in your office, painting is not allowed. We are not pet friendly out of respect to all tenants in the building. Trained service animals are permitted.
No credit checks or business licenses are required to rent with us! Proof of business (ex: business card, website, social media page) and a valid photo ID is required upon signing the agreement.
The Village offers 24/7 access for all tenants, and public access from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
