The Village was one of many built by our founder, Jeff Stone, and his construction company. The building was inspired by log cabins and has multiple architectural influences.

Here at The Village, our business model is to provide unique and affordable office spaces for any and all kinds of entrepreneurs, whether you’ll be with us for 6 months or 20 years.

We’re a family owned and operated business, both the Stone family and Diaz family take care of all day to day operations and allow everything to run smoothly

When you stay with us, you’ll have the flexibility of setting your own hours. You’ll have 24/7 access to the building and to your office and the ability to make your space work for you

The Village welcomes a wide range of businesses, including beauty services, lawyers, medical practitioners, consulting firms, and more. We provide a versatile space designed to accommodate various industries, fostering a dynamic business environment. However, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all tenants, we do not permit businesses involving DJs, recording artists, or musicians in order to keep the noise in the building low.

At The Village, we offer flexible month-to-month agreements for our commercial office spaces, allowing you to tailor your lease to your needs. With no minimum or maximum stay requirements, you have the freedom to adjust your office space or end your lease with ease. This flexibility ensures you can accommodate changing business demands without the constraints of a long-term contract.

The Village offers both assigned tenant parking and unassigned parking in our three garages underneath the building. Parking is free, at no extra charge to you or your clients. We ask that you please do not use the parking lots that belong to the surrounding businesses, as there is a risk of getting your vehicle towed.

At The Village, your fixed monthly utility fee covers electricity, heating and air conditioning. We do not offer wifi or telephone services.

At The Village, any open flames (ex: candles) are strictly prohibited since we are an entirely wood building. While you are able to express your own creativity in your office, painting is not allowed. We are not pet friendly out of respect to all tenants in the building. The Village is a strictly commercial building, and any residential use of the offices are prohibited.

No credit checks or business licenses are required to rent with us! We ask that you provide some proof of business (ex: business card, website, social media page) and a valid photo ID upon signing the agreement.
